The process
I believe having a wedding photographer you click with significantly impacts your special day. My process begins with scheduling an in-person meeting or Zoom call to discuss your plans for the big day. This meeting also allows you to ask me all your questions and get a sense of who I am, how I operate, and if I'm the right fit for making your wedding dreams come true.

After our first meeting, if you decide you'd like me to photograph your wedding, I'll send over a contract and invoice for your retainer. Once signed and paid, you'll officially be on the books and have crossed one more item off your never-ending to-do list!

Engagement photos are an excellent way to get to know each other better and form a friendship (so we don't feel like strangers when I show up on the wedding day!) In addition, it gives me a chance to teach you tips and tricks for posing, so you'll already be a pro the day you say your "I do's."

If you've never planned a wedding, coming up with a timeline can seem daunting. But don't worry too much; three months from your wedding, we'll have a timeline chat where I'll share tips and tricks to help you plan to get all the photos you dream of having.

It's time for the big day! Your job is to relax and enjoy every moment while I capture it all. The day will go by fast, and it might even seem like a blur, but I promise to deliver you a gallery that takes you back to that day so you can enjoy it over and over again.

Over the next 12 weeks, I'll carefully comb through your photos and edit each one. You'll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours, and I'll upload your photos to your online gallery as I edit them so you can watch the day unfold.

There is no one I would rather have picked to photograph our wedding day than Mckenzie. We got a sneak peek of our photos very quickly after the day of and everytime our drive was updated with more images, it felt like Christmas!!!
