Hi! I'm Mckenzie, a wedding photographer capturing all the big moments and little ones in between on a couples big day.
On your wedding day I'm there to photograph it all, but I'll also be there to hype you up, keep your timeline on track, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great day.
And most importantly, know that no matter who you are, how you identify, and who you love, you will be accepted all the same 🏳️🌈
get to know me
While there are 24 hours in a day, your wedding will pass by quickly as you marry the love of your life surrounded by friends and family. You'll spend the morning getting ready, and the butterflies in your stomach will start. Then, your ceremony will take place, and you'll laugh, cry, say your "I do's," and then, just like that, you're married. The rest of the day will be spent celebrating, talking with guests and dancing until it's finally time to go to bed exhausted, but with a smile on your face.
And then what? As time passes, your memory starts to fade as you forget all the little bits of the day that made it so special. And that's where I come in; your memory may fade, but your photographs are forever. Every detail from your perfect, thought-out day is captured for you to see...

Technical ability will separate great photographers from good photographers, but to me, the difference between great and excellent goes beyond the photography itself. It's making people feel happy and comfortable to catch those candid moments. It's willingness to wade into a cold river or climb onto a shaky platform to get that perfect angle. It's socializing with your guests and being part of the fun, instead of an accessory to it. It's taking initiative with the planning process and managing people at the ceremony.
