The Barn and Blooms Package
For couples looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive experience, the Barn and Blooms package provides everything from venue rental and florals to decor, table settings, and setup services. The package includes:
- Friday-Sunday venue rental
- A consultation for planning and florals
- Custom floral arrangements, including bouquets and boutonnieres
- Reception and ceremony setup
- Cocktail area setup
- 225 Chiavari chairs, banquet tables, and outdoor seating
- Firewood for the fire pit
- Lawn games
- Cleanup service
💲 Pricing:
- Low season (Oct-May): $11,000 + tax
- High season (June-Sept): $12,500 + tax
- A $550 kitchen fee applies if you use an outside caterer.
The DIY Package
For couples who prefer a more hands-on approach, the DIY package provides the essentials while allowing you to customize your wedding day. The package includes:
- Friday setup (9 AM – 7 PM)
- Saturday event (9 AM – 1 AM)
- Sunday cleanup (9 AM – 2 PM)
- Full use of indoor and outdoor spaces
- Barrel cocktail tables, lawn games, and bar area
- Tables, chairs, and ceremony arbor
💲 Pricing:
- Low season (Oct-May): $6,000 + tax
- High season (June-Sept): $7,500 + tax
- The $550 kitchen fee applies if an outside caterer is used.
Important Booking Details
- A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- Half of the remaining balance is due 9 months prior, and the final payment (plus a $2,000 security deposit) is due 3 months before the wedding.
- All weddings must end by 1 AM sharp due to county regulations.
- Couples must provide their own alcohol, bartenders, and liquor license/PAL insurance.
- No credit card payments are accepted—only cash, cheques, or money orders.
